Also known as the Zeiss-Brobfeld Binoviewer or Zeiss-Widefield Binoviewer, is quite simply the best binocular viewer available today.

This is the fifth edition of the former Carl Zeiss with 30 mm prisms, each pair of bino viewers has 7 layer coatings on all glass to air surfaces for extremely bright viewing and great contrast levels.

Glass Path Corrector Compatible: Three different glass path correctors are available for these Giant Binocular viewers, this means that unlike other designs, these can achieve focus on any type of Refractor or Newtonian telescope, the compensators are a proprietary design by Carl Zeiss and AstroPhysics and help correct aberrations that are inherent in binocular viewers, in addition to this correction, they also help reduce the amount of back focus needed.

T-2 Astro System Compatible: The front T-threaded ring enables the Giant Binocular Viewer to fit all existing telescope makes with the shortest possible path length possible, and through the T-2 Astro System there is a multitude of accessories and fittings (such as our Maxbright T-2 Diagonal #2456100) and it can be attached to any number of different threads such as Vixen, Takahashi or Pentax and many others.

Clicklock Clamp: This viewer comes standard with a ClickLock eyepiece clamp on each side to fit any 1.25" eyepiece, even long focal length and very wide field examples, so there is no difficulty at night trying to find any locking screws and the eyepieces are held rigid throughout your viewing session.
